BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 114 West Main Street southeast of Williams Street, being on the southwest line of West Main Street southeast of Williams Street. Part of lot 8, Glass Addition to Main Street, not recorded; being the property described in deed book 4874, page 925, ROHC. Tax Map No. 145L-C-6. from M-1 Manufacturing Zone to C-3 Central Business Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Off-street parking shall be provided on a lot approved by the City Engineer. 2. Any new structures placed on the site shall conform to the guidelines attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference. 3. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as provided by law.
